Problem applying new license to NSP system

I am receiving the following error -

There apepars to be an old license key in the file C:\NSP.txt.

The license date in the file is for 20080310. This is the new SP12 NSP evaluation system (I am using system number 02 instead of 00), I have used the evaluation systems in the past with no trouble, does anyone have any idea as to why I would be receiving this message?
