Two different URLs for All Questions in SAP HANA

For the SAP HANA topic there appears to be two different URLs for looking at all questions:

https://answers.sap.com/questions/metadata/23925/sap-hana.html

https://answers.sap.com/questions/metadata/26729/sap-hana-1.html

They each list different questions but seem to be from the same top level tag. I followed SAP HANA and both of these pages show me as following. I booked marked one but then noticed when looking at the list of all questions I as missing some for the SAP HANA topic. I'm confused as to how to review all incoming questions for a topic.

I looked in the all questions stream and I saw that there were HANA questions but coming from two different tag URLs.
