Action Type TERMINATION

Hi Folks

When I browse through the Personnal Actions (Pa40), I find three kind of terminations there.

One is denoted by Action type ( Massn) 10 ( Termination)

2. Massn TE (Termination)

3. Massn U5 (Termination)

What is the purpose of these seperate Action types for TERMINATION. When I debug the process , system is selecting TE.

How does system selects one of these three.

Points will be rewarded.
