Lifecycle of a e-Recruiting Requisition


Is there any recommendation from SAP about the life-cycle of a Requisition?

Our customer wants to create some Generic Requisitions and keep them over several years (around 10.000 new candidates on each requisition per year).

I have read but I can not find at this moment that SAP recommends to close, copy and re-open the requisitions after certain amount of time/number of applications.

Does anybody have this information?

    I have found following "old" discussion in scn:

    It is about uploading a larga number of candidates on the same requisition.

    I would be more interested on the performance issues.

    We are implementing e-Recruiting for a customer handling about 10.000 external applications per year on some kind of Generic Requisitions.

    So after 3 years some requistions will have up to 30000 applications/candidacies and I would like to know if it can drive to performance issues while handling the requisition.
