Hello Gurus!
My concern is about to bring the same partner determination in a Serv. Request document created as a follow up from a Case.
Even when I already activate the BADI (CRM_CMG_BPCHG) which allows me to pull the partner functions category in my new document, there are no showed in the Serv Req document.
I appreciate any approach.
