Extract Structure is not active?????

Hello All,

After I transported datasources & corresponding objects into QA, I am getting the following errors.

Extract structure ROXSE30045 is not active

UKM_LIMIT_RULES: Only tables and views are permitted for extraction

The extract structure ROXSE30045 of the DataSource 0CDM_RULE_ATTR is invalid.

I checked in SE11, this extract structure is available in Dev (ECC & BI) and QA (ECC), this is miising only in QA (BI System).

Any Clue????
