Dates in Doccument Flow

Hii Every one

Can any one tell me from where the dates in doccument flow picks up ( VBFA table).

An order having 20 deliveries and in a pirticular delivery the doccument date

is Jan 25, 2007 and the output date is Jan 21 2007. Where as in doccument flow the delivery is showing the date of Jan 25th. my confusion is that how output date is back to Delivery date. What could be the reason?

My question may be simple but really appreciate your answers on this. Rewards points are must

Pls check whether the output was manually triggered or not. If it was manually triggered, the user would have given the date.If automatic, then I dont think this is not possible.
