I am working for Qatar localization.
Please guide to write schemas/rules for End of service provising as well payment.
requirement:
Qatari(Gross salary – applicable leave deductable allowances)*(annual leave balance/total annual leave)Non Qatari{(Number of days worked + Annual Leave Balances)/365} x (last basic salary))
The employee who has spent at least one year in the service of company is entitled to an end of service benefit.
