There is fortnightly reading and billing. First 15 days bill is raised with last month's price which is to be corrected during month end billing when we get actual price for entire month. This can be handled using back billing. But problem here is that we cannot create periodic meter reading order's on fixed days of month that is on 15 and last day of every month.
If we use interim meter reading order (with billing) for day 15 billing and put intervel in portion as 1 month, then we cannot execute back billing for price adjustment.
Whether anyone has handled such kind of scenario?
