Crystal Reports - How to expand design screen to add more data fields?

I am working with Crystal reports 11.5. I need to create a report that is requiring a number of fields that will not fit on the biggest page selection, 11x17. We will be exporting the report into an excel spreadsheet and the report will never be printed. Is there a setting in Crystal that can expand the design screen to add more data fields?

Hi Thomas,

Try to increase the page size of the report if you have a lot of fields in report layout or else adjust all the fields in such a way so they will fit in your layout.
