trigger point to insert the referance operation

hello,friends,

i have define triggeer point to insert referance operation at the time of confirmation through CO11.When i go for confirmation its giving the error ref. operation set not valid according to the selection condition.& when i go for confirmation for second time it is not giving the pop up screen of trigger point.

please give the solution

In CO32, you need to deactivate the check box for "Once". This will take care of the problem of the second time "Trigger Pop-up" screen not appearing.

For the problem to be resolved in the first place, check the Selection ID assigned to the Order type/plant combination(Order type is rework order type) in transaction OPL8. For that selection ID used in OPL8 check in OPEB whether there is a line item for the the combination of task list type "S" and usage and status combination.

If the above setting is vaild check the Referance operation validity in terms of Date, Lot size, Usage and Status.

first of all thanks for reply i have same setting in opl8 & opeb,&

my order type is pp01 with selection id = 01-release-general

now i have to insert the ref. operation in co11,but it again giving the same message

Hi,

Please check the usage & status maintained in the ref. opr set.

Also in co32 transaction check the ,Status change, group counter & group of ref opr set maintained for the trigger point.

In opl8 transaction check selection Id used for the corresponding order type.
