Ship to address ignored

I have a problem that i cant find any solutions for, when creating a Quoatation, or sales order, the address of the sold to and ship to are printed on the output. But for one customer, the ship to address is ignored, and the sold to address is used!

I have tried several combinations of sold-to and ship to customers, and it is only when customer X is used as sold to the problems occurs.

If Customer X is sold to, and Y ship to, it is X address that is used in the output as ship to address

For Customer A with ship to B everything is correct

If I Try Customer X and ship to B it is X address that are printed as ship to.

If I Try Customer B and ship to Y it is correct.

What can be wrong with Customer X ? What can be the reason for such behaviour for only this customer? The output is correct for all other customers.

You did not mention what are the forms that you use for printing quotations and orders, but my first step would be to examine the logic in the form.

The outcome of this will put you in a better position to investigate compared to testing various combinations based on hunch.
