Find the datasource behind a t-code/query

Hello,

I've a t-code that runs a query in R/3. It's Cost center plan/actual/stat. I need to get the tables that are linked to this query. I want to get the same data into BW and create the same query in it. Can anyone tell me, how to find the datasources in r/3 for that query?

hi Sam,

if it is an ABAP query, than you can have a look in SQ01, where you'll find which infoset is behind. The infoset you can analyze in SQ02.

If you let me know the tcode, I might have some more ideas.

Also when i look at the bottom of the screen in y_prd_57000017report, it gives me a name of a program: GP7V3E8P576KTCWVQYTQ1WWORHE026

do i have to look into this too? if so how?

copy this GP7V3E8P576KTCWVQYTQ1WWORHE026

into SE38, then you can analyze, but it might be hard work...

this is a report writer program, you can also have a look in GR33 (report: Z001)

Hope you want to know the Tables Used in a Standard Report,

1. Goto the Report(Don't Execute) --> System --> status -->

2. now goto the Programme, there you can find all the Tables used in that Report
