how to do dynamic text on smartforms or scripts

Hi,

I have created one report with checkboxes.

1. org assignment(check box 1 )

2. personal id ( check box 2 )

3.address details ( checkbox 3 )

4.refree details ( checkbox 4 )

if i click check box1 that particular text should be diplayed on smartforms.other texts about personal id and address details and refree details should not be diplayed.

Is it possible in smartforms
