Why after transport config, material number ranges haywired?

why after transport material number go haywired? even though we dont configure any new material type or change existing one?

lets say existing material in PRD is Stock Item starts with number range 10.

And yesterday we transport new plant, new material group and account assignment GL tie to valuation class. nothing related to material type.

Today we see that material number range stock item is no more start with 10. it start with 70, and actually material 70 is for other material type i.e Non valuated material.
