Hello gurus,

is there any available standard report which gives open order qty and their respective order nos, delivered but not done pgi i.e., schl for delivery, and available stock which can be used

Hi,

Use T-Code VA05-in the t code screen go to selection cateria tick on "Open Order" / enter document Date / click on enter button /you will get a small screen of Organization Data -and you will get open order list.

VA05-To know list of sales order pending and delivered

VL10a-To know list of sales order pending for delivery creation..

VL06G to know list of sales orders for which delivery is created but post goods issue pending...

Run Vl06 to know the status of deliveries..Select whichever option is relevant for u.

VF04-To get list of Post goods issue done but not invoiced

Also in vl06g,select item view after running the report..and go to layout and select reference document..it will give sales order no also

open order qty and their respective order nos, : VA05

delivered but not done pgi i.e., schl for delivery, and available stock : MMBE

But you will require customized report to have all the fields in one report. MMBE being the closest to what you are looking for. It has also the "open order quantity" and by double clicking on this value you get some more info but not the list of open sales orders.
