Hi,
We intend to authorize a project in cProjects to a usergroup.
We got a user group created (tcode sugr). We then assigned a few users to this group. But at the cProjects front end, when we do a search (even without any filter), we do not get to see that usergroup. Where are we going wrong?
Please suggest.
Thanks lots...
Hi Bittu,
You will have to create a user group in cProjects --> User Groups tab.
The user groups that you create with SUGR are not reflected in cProjects user groups.

Thanks Vivek,
I came to know of this and had used the User group tab at the cProjects front end to create a user group. I then assigned a couple of users to this user group.
I then created a project and assigned admin authorization to this user group for the project. I then logged in with one of the users' credentials (of the user group). I attempted opening the project (to which the user group was authorized and to which this member was a user), but I am not able to open the project. I get a message that the user is not authorized.
Is there something I am still missing? Please suggest.
Regards...
Yes
What Vivek Said is correct
on left Pane you add members which are user group members.
what you add in bottom pane is authorizations for the User grp which you have created.
