Visibility of irrelevant tickets

Hi,

I could not find the irrelevant ticket indicator? Where can I set the ticket in the UI as irrelevant (so that it isn't shown in the "all ticket list")?

I cannot find a standard status called "irrelevant". The admin guide just says that it's possible and not where to find this indicator.

This questions was already asked and solved, but the solution was to use the standard query 'All irrelevant tickets'. Unfortunately, this query is not available (anymore) in my tickets work center view. How can I now find irrelevant tickets and and report on them?

    Hello Stefanie,

    A key user might have done changes in your tickets screen master layout. You should investigate this further, since it seems standard to see the query "All Irrelevant Tickets", okay? You can consider doing the following:


    1) Go to the Adapt button in the upper menu bar;

    2) Select option "Revert Changes for this Screen" (as below screenshot);
