About availabity check

I created a sales order for a material with no availability check. I am able to create a sales order with no quantity available. But I cant create a outbound delivery. I want to create a outbound delivery with no material available. What are the settings I need to change.

I changed Delivery Item category. But it still cant create a casles order. Please help me out here.

I there anything to do with Tequirement type, class or Planning strategy group.

The stock for a material is zero (in T-code MMBE). There is no availability check for this material.

I could successfully create a sales order for this material.

But when I try creating a outbound delivery for this material it doesnt allow me to do. What could be the problem.

I checked the delivery item category, schedule line. They also have no availabilty check too.

What are the settings I need to check so that I can create a outbound delivery successfully,

Dear Kumar

Assuming that you have done copy control for item categories in line with standard, If you change the item category to <b>TAX</b> in sale order, you can do PGI and billing.

Hi Shirish,

I'm not shure in understanding your question - but perhaps your problem can be the theme "negative stocks". If you want to deliver a part, which you haven't on stock (perhaps because your delivery process is faster than your guyes with giving feedback) than you must enable "negative stocks" to be able to deliver it.
