Footer While printing in ALV

Hi all,

i am displaying the alv report using splitter container.i divided into three parts header , main data ,footer ..but while printing the report i am not getting footer and header....

Please tell me how to show footer in alv while printing ....its very helpful if somebody send me the sample code
