Workbook settings, No value indicator

In Workbook Settings under General tab there is No Value Indicator which is set to #NV. I try changing this to a space because I want things on the report that have no value to be displayed as blank, not #. But it doesn't seem to do anthing, they still display #. Is there a way to get # to display as blank on the workbook? I tried using a macro, which I think will work, but I don't know how to add it to the workbook so it runs on refresh. In the Workbook Settings under Exits there is Invoke Macros on Refresh which already has a macro called Callback. Can a second macro be added here? If so, do I need a comma or space between the 2 macro names?
