Create,Save and send PDF to customer on save

Hi Folks,

I have a client requirement, In that requirement, have to create an extension field that field should be available in PDF Form Template and same has to be sent(email) to customer on save.

Need to create PDF for Service Request object that should be saved in Attachment Tab and email has to be triggered, this both thing have to be done on save button.

So far what is being done , Created KUT field and made available to standard Form Template then create a copy of standard template and design the same as per requirement but I don't know how to read copied PDF Template and fill the respective data in before_save of extended service object and also have to update the run time data in PDF Form Template,

Can we provide specific name to our template after clicking on summary button of service request, As of now all attachment named as <summery_currentdate_time>. Its difficult to identify which is our copied template in attachment tab of service request.

We tried with custom business object and create a PDF form template, Tried to embed the same in standard service request floorplan but we could not found any public outport to embed the component.

Thanks for your support. This requirement is completed the problem is , I am using template code instead of Template group code.
