we are using sap 2005b pl 20 if we start dtw logon enter user id, password,server name ,licence server name ,database type sreen automatically closed.what is happening i dont know.so pls give solution as early as possible
I suggest to search it in the SAP notes first, if still can't solve, escalate to SAP support and then upgrade to the latest patch but if you did not find the answer from support. Do not directly upgrade to latest patch level but if you want to test it, no problem.
