Hi experts!

Hope you cold help me

At my new planning area I am trying to run IBPFORECAST operator at immediate run but the status are always as "scheduled". What's the reason for "scheduled" status?

New planning area was created as copy from "developer" area where operator run

immediate.

Regards,

Lev

Hello Lev,

I've never seen this issue before. Are the users really using the "Run" option instead of the "Schedule" option? Also, is this occurring with more users and other type of jobs/operators?

Also, how the jobs appear in the Application Jobs and how does the Start date looks like? For example, is schedules the job to one hour in advance.

Best regards,
Matheus

Hello Matheus,

Users really using the "Run" option instead of the "Schedule" at Excell Add-In.

This occurs with more users and other type of operators (DISAGG, KPI_PROFILE).

And also this occurs if we set job run via Fiori app.

Here is screenshot from Fiori

Job are scheduled with current time, no any time in advance.

Hello Lev,

If you're sure that no other duplicate jobs are running at the same time, the status should go directly to 'In Process'.

Could you create an incident addressing this issue and providing system information, Job Templates to use and permission to permission to reproduce the issue?

Regards,
Matheus
