image display in HR master

Dear friendz,

I am using archivelink to store photos of employees, but i am unable to display in pa30 main screen. I am able open from PA30<extras<display fascimiles, but custome wanted as soon we link to HR master the photo should be appear on main screen of PA30.Kindly explain me what are the steps involved to bring photo in to main screen.
