crm inbound Queue is running state for long time

Hi,

we are using Contracts in our project and setup is already in place in Bi-directional.

Issue is if it is a Big contract(has more than 100 items) it is taking more time(10hours) to execute in CRM-Inbound. Please suggest how to analyze the issue, what is causing the issue.

Hello John,

May I know what's the leading transaction category of your contract? I would like to know it is Sales contract or Service contract.

Then I can make sure the right tags are used and the question can be visible for right experts.

Hello John,

Is there only one LUW for this Big contract? At the end of 10hours, whether this contract can be replicated without error?
