Mat. reservation for orders

Pls clear the scanario for the below which you are following.

1. In mtc order first we are monitoring the materail cost +consumtion. If user gets the same thro 201 movement they are not creating the mtc orders for reservation.

But some general work mtc & material what will be the best

We are following the restriction of this movement. Pls tell me what abt your case & idea

Pls tell me how to change the reservation date after creation? because some times they are taking the materail for orders after 1 month period which is not advisable.
