We are trying to integrate External Pricing in C4C with Business One but are stuck with how to map B1's Sales Quote Document type, pricing procedure, condition types, and pricing elements. Where do we get the codes/ID for these?
In fine tuning you need to maintain document types, pricing procedures, condition types, and code list mapping. This is done in the fine tuning activities for Sales Quote, External Pricing, and Code List Mapping. Fine Tuning for Sales Quotes: Within the fine tuning for quotes you add a document type. This document type is set to external pricing.
Thank you for your inputs. We know that we need to maintain code list mapping. But what we don't know is how to find the appropriate (Pricing procedure, condition types) codes from B1.
