Problem While Applying the support package SAPKN70012

While Applying support package SAPKB70012 ,tp_user_check_ok phase is running for long time without interruption and goes into loop and does not process further.And it is not even throwing the error nor the patch is aborted.I stopped the session and restarted and still facing the same problem.

Kindly suggest what to be done in this case...
