QM UD

Hi,

I have some qns regarding QM:

1) When I changed the UD from acceptance to rejected, I am unable to change the characteristics result of the inspection lot.

Could anyone advise is there any way to change the characterics result so that it can aligned the UD.

I used QE01 and QE02, but I am unable to do it.

Please advise.

Yeo,

It depends on the status of the characteristic which you are trying to change .If the status is 5 which means "processing is complete" then you cannot change it .Please check this and let me know .You can check this in QE51n or qa32-results.The status will be the third column for that particular characteristic.

The status is '5 Processing is Complete'.Please advise is there any alternative way where I could register the characteristic result as Failed in the Inspection lot.

Yeo,

I dont think there is any way if it is in status 5.The option i'm thinking about is to cancel the lot and recieve it again.Let me know on what you think .

Try this .Click on small icon which says put in process(unlock icon).This should work

When you goto QE51n ,there are a lot of small icons above inscpection caharacteristic line .It is the ninth icon from left (unlock icon ).Highlight the character and click this icon .This will allow you to change the value.Only,if the UD has not been made and the character is a long term inspection characteristic.

Hi,

Use transaction QE51N to record / change results. If you have already recorded the results for a characteristics, then the characteristics are valuated & closed. Hence, you will have to set the characteristics to processing & then change the results.
