QM UD

Hi,

I have some qns regarding QM:

1) When I changed the UD from acceptance to rejected, I am unable to change the characteristics result of the inspection lot.

Could anyone advise is there any way to change the characterics result so that it can aligned the UD.

I used QE01 and QE02, but I am unable to do it.

Please advise.
