TREX search not working in CV04N but works in SKPR07

Hi all,

we recently installed a trex system in our landscape (ERP 6.0 EHP6 SP Stack 16 - SAP BASIS 731 SP17, Trex 7.10.75). TREX itself is configured and fully working. If we launch SKPR07 transaction we can do searches from it and returns the results directly from the file content. However, when we attempt to do a search using transaction CV04N in text search field, it only returns the information message box "Technical error with document full text search, contact system admin".

We tried to implement SAP Notes 2260639, 2288187 and 2389642 to solve the issue but unfortunately the problem still persists. SAP Note 1018244 instead cannot be implemented.

Any help would be appreciated.
