WIP STOCKS WERE CALCULATED FOR PARTLY DELIVERED MATERIALS ALSO

Hi,

As our WIP stocks were calculated for partially delivered ( PDLV )

materials to stores also, we request you all to give the immediate attention to send me the solution to cancell the WIP stocks for partly delivered materials because these issues are being happening in my production client.

For example, say we have issued 30 nos of materials towards one

production order, against this production order, 20 nos of materials

are delivered to stores which have been taken into stores by making of

GR, but remaining 10 nos of materials are still available under work in

progress. In view of the above scenario, the WIP stocks were showing

for all the 30 nos of materials eventhough the 20 materials are

delivered.

Hence, our stocks were showing double the times in terms of WIP and

Finished stock as well.

Good inputs on this will be rewarded

Dear Jana,

Check the T.code OKG3 whether Status PDLV is also included for WIP calculation.

Thanks for your immediately reply, we have not at all given any settings for PDLV status in OKG3, we had given the settings only for REL, DLV,PREL, TECO status.

Kindly let me know whether we need to give the settings for PDLV also in OKG3

Can you please reply for my below said clarifications with regard to PDLV cases during WIP Calculations which was sent by me earlier and detailed information of same was sent in my earlier mail thro this forum.

As you had given some input for my problems wrt WIP, I am asking you again.
