Project name in SPRO

Hi,

In SPRO When we do some customizations and save it system will ask for a customization(Transport) request. on that screen if i click on new button it will ask for project. If i give any name it is giving error :"Project cannot be used: Project object list is missing".

Question:1. How can i create all my customizations under a project? How can i add the project in the above request.

2. In SPRO_ADMIN: we can create a project.

what is the difference between these 2 projects?

Do we have to create the project(SPRO_ADMIN) before we create company code, plant etc...? If we create company code first and then create the project, How can we move that request under the project.

Can anyone help with this please?

Hi Madhu,

When ever you done a some customizations system will ask the transport request , for that system will ask the project reference.

This project will refer what is the object you are working and for which client or customer.

these projects will be created by your basis persons before starting the project, after their creation you need to assign your every configuration to that project( it may co code, plants,...........)
