Correct LZM agreement not found to create TAM order

I have the following situation:

2 different Sales Organizations

2 different Plants

both Sales Org/Plants supply the same material to the same customer.

both use LZM/TAM order process to fulfill orders to this customer

each Sales Org has a different "account at customer" (KNVV-EIKTO)

When I post a DELINS IDoc, it is finding the correct LZM schedule agreement to post the Forecast.

However, when I post a DELORD IDoc, I am getting an error that it is finding more than one schedule agreement.

If I process the DELORD IDoc in the foreground, yes, it does indeed find both schedule agreements. The DELORD contains Sales Org/Dist.channel/Division. Why can't it find the LZM agreement with the corresponding SO/DC/Di ?

Am I missing some config?

Hi Amy

For DELORD IDOC the Function module used is IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS.

In this under PERFORM check_idoc_orders there is a PERFORM m_code_select. In this when the selection is made the system does not consider the sales area for the selection. This is the reason.
