Error when sending IDOC to JDBC in PO java stack 7.3

Hi Experts,

We have an interface to insert IDOC XML to staging table in JDBC. The data is updated properly in the JDBC server but it was showing error in PO side. The error is as below

"MP: exception caught with message Ack handling failed: creation of messageFactory failed: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Connection JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System is currently not started.:.

We have restarted the JDBC adapter as well but the error is always the same.

Kindly suggest on what can be done to overcome the error.

JDBC receiver channel settings:

Maximum occurance: 1

persistance : local

conflict resolution: Redo

Advance mode: on

Number of retries of database transaction on SQL error: 0

IDOC sender channel settings:

RFC server parameter: Default

Ack Destination: Maintained

Ack setting:

I have also removed the above parameters and tried to test the interface but the error is the same in both the scenarios.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi Raghuraman,

Thanks for the reply!

I have already checked the linked and tried them but the error still remains the same.
