ISSUE: Amount differs in Accounting Document and Controlling document at the time of settlement
Currency: Company code, Controlling Area, Cost Object (Production Order), Transaction Currency are all same
Please help me to figure out the issue.

I am good now. I figured out the issue. The difference was due to different lot size and with same price in Group Currency vs Local Currency.

What is your CO Area currency type in OKKP? 10 or 30?
