while sale order creation if i change the sold to party then the sales office remains the same of the previous sold to party how to redetermine the sales office

please help urgently

then check whether u have assigned that sales office to sales area in enterprise structure

yes the sales office is assigned to tha sales area also please tell me will there be any user exit required to redetermine the sales office once the customer is changed or there is some othere setting to be done

Sales office field in Sales order flow from Customer master Sales view , sales screen.

So please check whether ur second customer is having same Value or not.

maintain the sales office entries in CMD in xd02. for the second customer

may be the same customer might have assigned to the same sales office else u can go the main screen of VA01 and enter the sales office

the sales office in the second customer is been theree and also it is different from the previous one but still it is not redetermined
