Gulf -VAT -MM-Tax indicator for Material

Hi,

I have involved with Gulf VAT project. I am facing one problem with tax indicator for material field in material master(purchasing View).

The problem is I if maintain 0 or 1 or 2(based on this I created condition record in mek1) in the material master,then I tried to create PO,there is no difference in calculating in VAT. I do not know why? Any tips to solve this problem,please? I want to know what is the difference between 0 or 1 or 2? All indicators are working in the same way????
