Not all Checks in a batch get printed

Hi Experts,

Since we installed Model HP LaserJet M605 - with a Troy Micr Cartridge, when printing batch checks, if the batch is large, the printer does not print all the checks. For instance if there are 121 checks in a batch, the last 6 may not get printed. The number of checks not printed is not consistent, and the batch size with this issue is also not consistent. We have noticed that some times a batch of 90 checks may print fine some times may not. We did several trial and error tests, and had the printer replaced as well, issue persists, any help greatly appreciated.
