How to link Course appraisal to ESS Learning Portal --> My Learning Activities

Dear Friends,

We are trying to link Course appraisal to ESS Renovated Learning Portal --> My Learning Activities.

But in SCN we are not getting below link for My Learning activities in new LSO portal which I got in one of the scn links as below:
