When upgrading to ERP 6.0 - what we can do with CRT changes?

People,

we are upgrading from R/3 4.6C to ERP 6.0.

In some programs we have changes done via CRT requests.

In ERP 6.0, these changes are not there anymore.

We have to reapply? They are integrated in Standard code?
