rename problems in KM

hi,all

is there such an operation like "copy as" ?

then i can rename the file while pasting it.

can i make some configration in "User Interface" or somewhere to do this?

when i new a file from template, in the folder "userhome" it allows me to rename the new file, but in the other folders it has only two button("save" & "cancel").

how to rename the new file each time i "new from template" ?
