Very very urgent please

Hi,

By chance I have deleted the Billing document through VF11, done the goods reversal through VF09, deleted delivery document through VL02N.

Not deleted sale order.

Is there any chance to retrieve same documents again with same numbers?

This is not possible & advisable not to do that. Look for other options only.

Pls.go with T-Code VA02 and follow the following mention steps

VA02-Press on enter button-open the sales order-select the "Sales document" menu-and select the Delete option

In case any doubt please revert.

hi,

there is a way out provided no subsequent docs are generated in the number range. also this is not a good practice and shud be done after all teh aspects are probed and delibrated. if hte presnet number column in ur system is chnageable then u can reduce teh persent number by one and generate a new doc. for example if the invoice u deleted was numbered 10 and 10was the last number in the range than u can make the present number in SNRO to 9 instead of 10 (assuming the present number is changeable). i repeat plz weigh all options before u do this including not doing. also consult ur tech team too.

Hi,

As these document numbers are unique, when you delete the document from the system, the number which is already allocated to the document will also be skipped. So I believe you need to create all these again from the sales order.

its not posb in SAP, ask ur Basis guy can any possibility is there to retrive back these documents to database, I think this is not exact solutuion try this once

With reference to order you can create(delivery and billing) again. But it is not possible to get documents with same number.

No Ramesh, you cant have same documents tough you can see the these documetns in Archive but you cant put it back to normal as it was before , you need to create fresh delivery and billing documents,.
