forgot password

one of my friend forgot his password and user name both of SDN.

How can he retrive it back?

Hi sandip..

when a person registers in to SDN,he will get a mail with User id and password.

He can login either with this user id or with e-mail id to which he has received a mail from SDN.Suppose if he has forgot userid and password he can get it by using 'Forgot password' provided he knew the answer for secret question which was set during registration.

I dont think it is easy to retrieve password.

Try sending a mail to sdn@sap.com from the email id with which you have requested SDN registartion.

Hi,

Ask him to write to sdn@sap.com.

Also, everybody gets an email from SDN, about the user id and password after creating for the first time.

So, he can check his emails for that email.

atleast has he remembered his email id which was used while creating the id for SDN?

then give the email id insted of userid, and click on forgot your password?
