Hello,

we made a new Theme by using theme designer.

The new theme is done, everything looks ok. But the iViews (BSP and Bex Web application) coming from backend using a .css which to be sap standard. But we want to change it to different colours, like the theme design around... Any ideas?

Bastian

Hi Bastian,

My understanding is BEx will always use the sap_tradeshow_plus theme and never actually call the Portal's UR css styles. Please check BEx iview for a property "Handover Portal Stylesheet". If it has same, you can change the UR style elements in the UI Theme Designer.

Best regards,

Nick

Hi Bastian Victor,

One way of achieving the above requirement is by changing the color codes in default.properties file which resides in the zip file of the theme. Download the theme from system admin-transport themes. Extract the theme zip file where you can find some more zip files and properties files. Extract ur.zip file where you can find a default.properties file. Get the class name of DOM element from F12 developer tools of browser and search for that class name in default.properties file. There would be little difference in class names between Dom class name and class name maintained in properties file. Replace the color codes as required in properties file and make zip file in a standard theme zip architecture. Upload this theme through system admin-transport themes by checking the overwrite existing theme property.

Note: Do take the backup of the original theme before uploading updated theme.

Best Regards,

Kamal
