advantages of CRM 5.0 over 3 & 4.

I would like to know the advantages / features of CRM 5.0 over 3.0 & 4.0.

    Hello Jagas,

    New Interface is available for intuitive navigation from CRM 5.1 onwards new customizing has come for UI and Business Roles.

    Lot of new things added in TPM(Tradepromotion management )

    Basic Data, Key Figure Planning,Funds integration etc

    -Employee directory,summary page, availability in PCUI, integaration with listing & territory mngt in account and contact mngt

    -Trnsaction types configuration dependenton channels like mobile sales, interaction center

    -Email integration, Quick create, calendor integration, interaction history for Activities

    -BP and product templates

    -PCUI for ECC sales transactions in SAP CRM

    -multiple payment cards handling in sales trnsactions

    -supports multiple promotions in sales order

    -enhanced ATP check

    -product proposal during sales trnsaction processing

    -creadit rating check

    -listing and exclusions based upon PPR's & condition techniques

    -support of intercompany and multilevel intercompany billing

    -additional territory attributes

    -enhanced search and maintenance of territory structure
