Every month end of service provision gets accrued for the employees but when the jul-in-aug17.jpgjune17.jpgemployee is inactive for a month and hes locked the payroll for him is run in subsequent month but the EOS accrual does not happen for the employee. My client wants this ESB accrual to happen even for locked period when it is run next month and they want to post the accruals for locked employees, although they run the payroll in following month.
The employee had normal payroll in 06/2017 and in July he was locked for payroll and again the payroll for him happend in 08/2017. now for 7th month the EOS provision has not been accrued as per process. But my client needs the accrual to happen and get posted .In attached screenshotesb-accrual.jpg 6th and 7th month payroll results are displayed.esb1.jpg
