Match Review configuration is running successfully but no task is getting created

Hi Guys,

I have set up match review configuration in IS .The config is getting completed successfully but with 0 tasks.

The log says-

Start calling data review service to create tasks. All tasks for existing job instance IDs created already. No new task created. (MRT-10021)

I don't see any task getting created in the task window below and don't know why.

Need help on this.

I am facing same issue. Did not see any task getting created when run the match configuration. Could you let me know if you got any solution for your question please.

Hi Akankasha,

Have you checked that your Job status table has the run - id maintained and the status = Pending Match Review, not P or any other value?

Else it will not create a new task when you run your configuration
