CJE2 transaction- Increas column width to display WBS element description

Hi,

We have couple of hierarchy reports in the CJE2 transaction which display WBS element and description as key characteristic in lead column.

As there is limitation on the width of the lead column, WBS element description is getting truncated.

Hence, Please let me know the options through which I can display the complete description.
