Automatic creation of SDAD transaction

Dear Gurus..

I want create a SDAD (Administration transaction) in same moment of SDCR (Change Request) creation.

E.g. : When in action I click in : Create Change Document and save, the system create 2 documents : SDCR and SDAD . At moment only SDCR is created.

Some idea for this question?
